Web and software studio · Port Louis, Mauritius

Websites that win enquiries, and the systems behind them.

We design and build custom websites, the CRM your team works from, the connections to the tools you already use, and the automations that take recurring work off your hands. Written from scratch, for how your business runs.

Selected work

Two businesses, two very different ways of buying.

Both projects started from how the client's customers decide and buy. Then we built the website and the system around that journey.

Solarex · Solar energy

From first visit to signed quote

A bilingual website with a five-step solar calculator and online survey booking, connected to a CRM where quotations are prepared, sent and accepted online.

  • 30 pages in English and French
  • Five-step solar calculator
  • Enquiry-to-quote CRM
The Solarex home page: "Powering Mauritius with the sun." over a solar-roofed house at night.

NanoDrive · Car detailing

Premium car care, priced up front and bookable in four steps

A French-language website that explains each treatment, shows every price before the calendar, and takes booking requests in four steps.

  • Six services priced up front
  • Four-step booking
  • French-language site
The NanoDrive services section: service cards with prices in amber on black.

What we build

From the first click to the last piece of paperwork.

Each piece is useful on its own. Built by one studio, they are designed to work together from the start instead of being joined up afterwards.

01

Websites

Custom-built sites that load fast, read well on a phone and work in English and French when your customers do. Structured so search engines and AI assistants can understand them.

  • Design and front-end build
  • English and French
  • SEO and structured data
  • Speed and accessibility

02

Enquiry and booking flows

Calculators, booking steps and quote requests that turn a visit into a qualified enquiry, with everything your team needs to follow up.

  • Multi-step calculators
  • Online booking
  • Lead capture and routing
  • Confirmation emails

03

CRM and back-office systems

The system behind the website: enquiries, appointments, quotations and paperwork, all on one customer record.

  • Custom CRM
  • Quotations accepted online
  • Scheduling and calendar invites
  • Email and WhatsApp hand-offs

04

API integrations

Your website and CRM connected to the software you already run on, so information moves between them instead of being typed in twice.

  • Payment, accounting and ERP connections
  • Two-way data sync between systems
  • APIs for your own software
  • Alerts when a connection fails

05

Backend automation

The recurring work behind the scenes, done by the system: documents built from your data, records kept up to date, reports that arrive on schedule. Each job runs the same way every time, without anyone having to remember it.

  • Documents generated from your records
  • Scheduled reports and exports
  • Status updates without manual steps
  • Team alerts when something needs attention

06

Digital and CRM consulting

Before recommending anything, we map how your business runs. Then we choose the right tools with you, set them up and train your people.

  • Process mapping
  • Tool and CRM selection
  • Setup and configuration
  • Team training

Integrations and automation

The routine steps, done by the system.

Most back-office work is the same few steps, repeated. We connect your systems through their APIs and build the backend jobs that run those steps, so taking on more work does not mean hiring someone to copy data between systems.

Running at Solarex

See the case study
  • WhenAn enquiry or calculator estimate comes in

It is logged in the CRM and emailed to sales from the company's own address, and the visitor gets a confirmation.

  • WhenAn appointment is set in the CRM

The invitation email carries a calendar file, so the visit lands in the calendar without retyping.

  • WhenA quotation is ready

The CRM builds the PDF from the customer record and shares it as a link the customer can open and accept online.

  • WhenGrid-connection paperwork is needed

The CEB forms are pre-filled from the customer record.

Other examples

  • WhenA payment is received

The invoice is created in your accounting software, with no copy and paste.

  • WhenThe week ends

The week's figures arrive in your inbox as a report.

Examples of what we build to order, not Solarex features.

Approach

How a project runs.

Five stages, and nothing is built until you have approved the design. Timings are for a typical website; larger systems, like the Solarex CRM, are delivered in phases.

  1. 0130 to 60 min

    Discovery call

A conversation about your business, your customers and what you need. No commitment.

  2. 022 to 3 days

    Scope and fixed quote

We map the solution: what to build, which tools to use, the timeline and a fixed price for the agreed scope.

  3. 033 to 7 days

    Design

You see the full interface and approve it before development starts.

  4. 042 to 6 weeks

    Build

Front end, back end and integrations, tested across devices as we go.

  5. 05Ongoing

    Launch and support

We launch when it is ready, then stay on to support and improve it.

Why BinaryBridge

Built for your business, not adapted to it.

No templates

Every project starts from an empty file. You get software shaped around your process, not a theme bent to fit it.

Consulting before code

We learn how your business works before recommending anything. A good brief is most of the work.

Front to back, one studio

Design, front end, back end and CRM in one place. No hand-offs between agencies, nothing lost in between.

Local and accountable

Based in Port Louis, in your time zone, and happy to meet in person. We work in English, French and Kreol.

Ways to work together

Build

A defined project with a fixed quote for the agreed scope.

Best for A new website, a booking or quote flow, a first CRM.

Evolve

Ongoing support after launch: fixes, improvements and new features, planned with you month by month.

Best for Live sites and systems that keep growing.

Advise

A consulting engagement to map your processes, then choose, set up and roll out the right tools.

Best for Teams choosing a CRM or moving off spreadsheets.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

How long does a project take?

Most websites take three to eight weeks from the first call to launch: a few days to scope, about a week of design and two to six weeks of development. Larger systems are delivered in phases, so you can use the first parts while the next are built.

How is the price worked out?

After the discovery call we scope the project and give you a fixed price for the agreed scope, together with the timeline.

Do you use templates or page builders?

No. Every site is written from scratch: no themes, no page builders and no code you do not need.

Can you connect our website to the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. If a tool has an API, we can connect it to your website or CRM so information moves between them on its own. We check what each tool allows before we quote, and tell you plainly if something cannot be connected.

Who fixes an integration when the other tool changes?

We do, if you want us to. Connected services change their APIs from time to time; with an Evolve arrangement we keep your integrations working and update them when that happens.

What happens after launch?

We stay on. Support, fixes and improvements continue after launch, either when you need them or as an ongoing arrangement.

Do you only work with businesses in Mauritius?

We are based in Port Louis and our clients so far are Mauritian, which means workshops in person and the same time zone. We also work remotely, in English or French.
